REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are given within 10 days of any order of Lim­ited Edi­tion Prints, for any rea­son.  The print must arrive to me in the EXACT con­di­tion as it was sent to receive a refund.  You may also exchange Lim­ited Edi­tion Prints for another work of equal or lesser value for a par­tial refund within that time frame.

I do not accept returns on any other prod­uct.  Please con­tact me for an exchange if the item has been severely dam­aged by shipping.

The buyer must pay return ship­ping on any exchange or return.

SHIPPING
Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Items will be pack­aged appro­pri­ately and safely to allow for your art­work to arrive in per­fect condition.

Inter­na­tional ship­ping is sent via USPS only at this time.  If you need an item shipped via another method, please con­tact me to make spe­cial arrangements.

PAYMENT
Cur­rently, Pay­Pal is the only pay­ment method I accept online.  Money orders or cashier’s checks are also accept­able, but require prior arrange­ments.  Please con­tact me to arrange any pay­ment method other than PayPal.

PRIVACY
All infor­ma­tion that you pro­vided to The Print Shop is safe and secure. I do not sell, rent, or loan any per­son­ally iden­ti­fi­able infor­ma­tion regard­ing the cus­tomers to any third party.

OTHER INFORMATION
All prints are made to order.  Prints gen­er­ally ship within 5 busi­ness days of your order, although most Open Edi­tion Prints will ship sooner.

Each lim­ited edi­tion print is signed and num­bered and car­ries a cer­tifi­cate of authen­ti­ca­tion with the edi­tion num­ber, name and size of piece as well as my artist’s statement.

Exact edi­tion num­bers are avail­able by request.  Works are gen­er­ally lim­ited to 25 edi­tions over all medi­ums, mean­ing 25 total will ever be printed.   Addi­tional sizes are avail­able and count within the num­ber of edi­tions.  Pric­ing for larger sizes is done on a case by case basis, so please con­tact me for pricing.

About Open Edi­tion Prints
Open edi­tion prints are offered in sizes rang­ing from 8x8 to 8x12 inches, based on the piece, and are made to order on metal­lic paper. They arrive unframed with acid free back­ing wrapped in a sealed plas­tic bag.

About Fine Art Lim­ited Edi­tion Giclee Prints
Lim­ited edi­tion print, cre­ated on archival fine art water­color paper, and mat­ted in museum rag. These are hand signed and numbered.

Lim­ited edi­tion giclee prints on can­vas gallery wrap are cre­ated on archival fine art can­vas and stretched so that edges of the print lit­er­ally wrap around the sides for a beau­ti­ful view­ing expe­ri­ence. These pieces ready to hang and made to order. These are hand signed and numbered.

Fine Art Lim­ited Edi­tion Archival Print on Metal
Lim­ited edi­tion prints on metal are cre­ated  through a high tech process that per­ma­nently embeds the image into a very thin alu­minum sheet that is then lam­i­nated to cre­ate a pro­tec­tive layer over the image. The result is an image with amaz­ing lumi­nes­cence and dura­bil­ity. These archival prints have an ultra hard, water­proof, and scratch proof sur­face that can be cleaned with stan­dard win­dow clean­ing prod­ucts. Metal prints can be ordered with or with­out an attached invis­i­ble mount.
